Article L518-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Caisse des dépôts et consignations is headed by a Chief Executive Officer appointed for a five-year term.

The Chief Executive Officer takes an oath before the Supervisory Board.

He may be dismissed after receiving the opinion of the Supervisory Board, which may decide to make it public, or on the recommendation of the Supervisory Board.

The Managing Director may appoint one or more Deputy Managing Directors, to whom he may delegate some of his powers, to assist him in his management duties.

La Caisse des dépôts et consignations est dirigée par un directeur général nommé pour cinq ans.

Le directeur général prête serment devant la commission de surveillance.

Il peut être mis fin à ses fonctions, après avis de la commission de surveillance, qui peut décider de le rendre public, ou sur proposition de cette commission.

Le directeur général peut désigner un ou plusieurs directeurs délégués, à qui il peut déléguer une partie de ses pouvoirs, pour l’assister dans ses fonctions de direction.
