A subsidy, the amount of which is set each year by the Finance Act, is allocated to young people under the age of twenty-one who fly motorised aircraft in flying clubs.
This subsidy takes the form of a rebate reducing the current rate per flying hour.
The flying clubs are responsible for rigorously justifying the discounts applied to these flying hours.
The methods of application of the preceding provisions and the conditions of control exercised by the Minister responsible for civil aviation are laid down by decree.
