Article L521-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Every applicant shall be provided, in a language that he or she understands or may reasonably be presumed to understand, with information on the rights and obligations arising from the application of Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, under the conditions laid down in Article 4 thereof.
