Information attesting to a particular situation of vulnerability is forwarded, with the asylum seeker’s agreement, by the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration to the Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides (French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons). The assessment of vulnerability by the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration does not prejudge either the assessment by the Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides of the applicant’s vulnerability pursuant to article L. 531-10 or the merits of the application.

Les informations attestant une situation particulière de vulnérabilité sont transmises, après accord du demandeur d’asile, par l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration à l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides. L’évaluation de la vulnérabilité par l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration ne préjuge ni de l’appréciation par l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides de la vulnérabilité du demandeur en application de l’article L. 531-10 ni du bien-fondé de la demande.
Ces informations peuvent faire l’objet d’un traitement automatisé, dans les conditions fixées par la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés.
