Article L532-3 of the French Consumer Code

Failure to carry out measures ordered pursuant to articles L. 521-4 to L. 521-16 and L. 521-19 to L. 521-22 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.
The fine may be increased to 30,000 euros where the products or services concerned by these measures present or are likely to present a danger to public health or consumer safety.

Le fait de ne pas exécuter les mesures ordonnées en application des articles L. 521-4 à L. 521-16 et L. 521-19 à L. 521-22 est puni d’un emprisonnement de deux ans et d’une amende de 15 000 euros.
Le montant de l’amende peut être porté à 30 000 euros lorsque les produits ou services concernés par ces mesures présentent ou sont susceptibles de présenter un danger pour la santé publique ou la sécurité des consommateurs.
