Officials and agents responsible for monitoring the application of employment law are empowered to record breaches of the provisions of Chapter I.

Where the placement activity is carried out in disregard of these provisions or in the event of a breach of public order, the administrative authority may, after formal notice, order the closure of the organisation in question for a period not exceeding three months.

Les fonctionnaires et agents chargés du contrôle de l’application du droit du travail sont habilités à constater les manquements aux dispositions du chapitre Ier.

Lorsque l’activité de placement est exercée en méconnaissance de ces dispositions ou en cas d’atteinte à l’ordre public, l’autorité administrative peut, après mise en demeure, ordonner la fermeture de l’organisme en cause pour une durée n’excédant pas trois mois.
