The Office de l’immigration et de l’intégration may, by agreement, delegate to legal entities the possibility of providing certain reception, information and social, legal and administrative support services for asylum seekers during the period their application is being examined.

Article L550-2

L’Office de l’immigration et de l’intégration peut, par convention, déléguer à des personnes morales la possibilité d’assurer certaines prestations d’accueil, d’information et d’accompagnement social, juridique et administratif des demandeurs d’asile pendant la période d’instruction de leur demande.
