For the application in Mayotte of the provisions of articles L. 5125-3 to L. 5125-17, the transfer of a pharmacy means the relocation of a pharmacy within the same municipality or to another municipality located in the same health democracy territory mentioned in article L. 1434-9 of this code.

Pour l’application à Mayotte des dispositions prévues aux articles L. 5125-3 à L. 5125-17, le transfert d’une officine s’entend du déplacement d’une officine au sein de la même commune ou vers une autre commune située dans le même territoire de démocratie sanitaire mentionné à l’article L. 1434-9 du présent code.
