Article L5521-2 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in article L. 5521-3, the first and second paragraphs of article L. 5125-23, articles L. 5125-24 to L. 5125-31 and 3° and 6° of article L. 5125-32 areapplicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna islands.

Articles L. 5125-1-1 to L. 5125-3-3, L. 5125-5-1, L. 5125-8, L. 5125-9, L. 5125-11, L. 5125-12, L. 5125-16 and L. 5125-18 shall apply in the Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the wording resulting from this Order.

Articles L. 5125-1 and L. 5125-1-1 A are applicable in the territory of Wallis and Futuna in the wording resulting from Law No. 2019-774 of 24 July 2019 on the organisation and transformation of the healthcare system.

Article L. 5125-15 is applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Law No. 2020-1525 of 7 December 2020 on the acceleration and simplification of public action.

Article L5521-2

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues à l’article L. 5521-3, les premier et deuxième alinéas de l’article L. 5125-23, les articles L. 5125-24 à L. 5125-31 et les 3° et 6° de l’article L. 5125-32sont applicables dans le territoire des îles Wallis-et-Futuna.

Les articles L. 5125-1 et L. 5125-1-1 A sont applicables dans le territoire de Wallis-et-Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2019-774 du 24 juillet 2019 relative à l’organisation et à la transformation du système de santé.

L’article L. 5125-15 est applicable dans les îles Wallis et Futuna dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2020-1525 du 7 décembre 2020 d’accélération et de simplification de l’action publique.
