Article L5522-2-1 of the French Labour Code

For application in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Article L. 5134-19-3 reads as follows:

“Art. L. 5134-19-3 -The single integration contract takes the form of :

“1° For employers in the non-profit sector mentioned in Article L. 5134-21, the employment support contract defined by Section 2 of Chapter IV of Title III of Book I of this Part;

“2° For employers in the commercial sector mentioned in article L. 5134-66, the initiative-employment contract defined by section 5 of the same chapter IV.

Pour son application en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, l’article L. 5134-19-3 est ainsi rédigé :

” Art. L. 5134-19-3.-Le contrat unique d’insertion prend la forme :

” 1° Pour les employeurs du secteur non marchand mentionnés à l’article L. 5134-21, du contrat d’accompagnement dans l’emploi défini par la section 2 du chapitre IV du titre III du livre Ier de la présente partie ;

” 2° Pour les employeurs du secteur marchand mentionnés à l’article L. 5134-66, du contrat initiative-emploi défini par la section 5 du même chapitre IV. “
