Article L5524-2 of the French Public Health Code

For application in the Wallis and Futuna Islands:

1° In Articles L. 5461-2, L. 5461-2-1, L. 5461-4, L. 5461-9, L. 5462-2 and L. 5462-8, the provisions relating to the use of the European database on medical devices are applicable in the event of implementation of the said database;

2° In Articles L. 5461-2 to L. 5461-4, L. 5461-5, L. 5461-6-1, L. 5461-6-2 and L. 5461-9, the references to Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 are replaced by references to the rules applicable in mainland France under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017. 5461-9, the references to Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 are replaced by references to the rules applicable in mainland France under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017;

3° Des articles L. 5462-2 à L. 5462-5-1, L. 5462-7-1 and L. 5462-8, references to Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 are replaced by references to the rules applicable in mainland France under Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017.

3° Des articles L. 5462-2 à L. 5462-5-1, L. 5462-7-1 et L. 5462-8, les références au règlement (UE) 2017/746 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 5 avril 2017 sont remplacées par les références aux règles applicables en métropole en vertu du règlement (UE) 2017/746 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 5 avril 2017.
