Article L570-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Anyone convicted pursuant to Article L. 570-1 may no longer be employed, in any capacity whatsoever, in the organisation in which he or she exercised the functions of director, manager, administrator or member of a collegiate supervisory body or for which he or she was a signatory, or in any subsidiary of this organisation.

Any natural person who disregards the incapacity prescribed in this article shall be liable to the penalties provided for in Article L. 570-1. Employers who act with full knowledge of the facts shall be liable to the same penalties.

Article L570-2

Quiconque est condamné en application de l’article L. 570-1 ne peut plus être employé, à quelque titre que ce soit, dans l’organisme dans lequel il exerçait des fonctions de direction, de gestion, d’administration ou de membre d’un organe collégial de contrôle ou dont il avait la signature, ainsi que dans toute filiale de cet organisme.

Le fait, pour toute personne physique, de méconnaître l’incapacité prescrite au présent article est puni des peines prévues à l’article L. 570-1. Est puni des mêmes peines l’employeur ayant agi en connaissance de cause.
