The provisions of Title III of Book I of Part Three relating to legality control and the publicity and entry into force of the acts of the departmental authorities are applicable to the mixed syndicates governed by this Title.
The provisions of Chapters II and VII of the single title of Book VI of Part One relating to budgetary control and public accountants are also applicable to them.
Les dispositions du titre III du livre Ier de la troisième partie relatives au contrôle de légalité et à la publicité et à l’entrée en vigueur des actes des autorités départementales sont applicables aux syndicats mixtes régis par le présent titre.
Leur sont également applicables les dispositions des chapitres II et VII du titre unique du livre VI de la première partie relatives au contrôle budgétaire et aux comptables publics.
