Article L573-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Any natural person who fails to comply with one of the prohibitions set out in article L. 531-11 is liable to three years’ imprisonment and a fine of 375,000 euros.

The court may also order the posting or broadcasting of the decision in accordance with the conditions set out in article 131-39 of the French Penal Code.

Le fait, pour toute personne physique, de méconnaître l’une des interdictions prescrites par l’article L. 531-11 est puni de trois ans d’emprisonnement et de 375 000 euros d’amende.

Le tribunal peut également ordonner l’affichage ou la diffusion de la décision prononcée dans les conditions prévues à l’article 131-39 du code pénal.
