Article L5842-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The provisions of Section 9 of Chapter I of Title I of Book II of Part Five mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in II and III.

I.-Les dispositions de la section 9 du chapitre Ier du titre Ier du livre II de la cinquième partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables en Polynésie française dans la rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau, sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux II et III.
