Article L5842-21 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The provisions of Section 2 of Chapter IV of Title I of Book II of Part Five mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II. – In the last paragraph of Article L. 5214-8, the words: “of Articles L. 3123-9-2 and L. 4135-9-2” are replaced by the words: “of Article 126 of Organic Law no. 2004-192 of 27 February 2004 on the autonomous status of French Polynesia”.

I. – Les dispositions de la section 2 du chapitre IV du titre Ier du livre II de la cinquième partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau, sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux II.
