Article L611-4 of the French Consumer Code

Disputes concerning:
1° Non-economic services of general interest;
2° Health services provided by health professionals to patients to assess, maintain or restore their state of health, including the prescription, administration and supply of medicinal products and medical devices;
3° Public providers of higher education shall not be regarded as consumer disputes within the meaning of this Title.

Article L611-4

Ne sont pas considérés comme des litiges de consommation, au sens du présent titre, les litiges concernant :
1° Les services d’intérêt général non économiques ;
2° Les services de santé fournis par des professionnels de la santé aux patients pour évaluer, maintenir ou rétablir leur état de santé, y compris la prescription, l’administration et la fourniture de médicaments et de dispositifs médicaux ;
3° Les prestataires publics de l’enseignement supérieur.
