Article L6113-8 of the French Labour Code

The ministries and certifying bodies communicate the information relating to the holders of the certifications issued to the information system for the personal training account provided for in II of article L. 6323-8, in accordance with the implementation procedures laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

A Conseil d’Etat decree defines the conditions under which France Compétences verifies the professional good repute of certifying bodies and ensures that they do not pursue aims other than those related to professional certification.

Article L6113-8

Les ministères et organismes certificateurs procèdent à la communication des informations relatives aux titulaires des certifications délivrées au système d’information du compte personnel de formation prévu au II de l’article L. 6323-8, selon les modalités de mise en œuvre fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat définit les conditions dans lesquelles France compétences vérifie les conditions d’honorabilité professionnelle des organismes certificateurs et s’assure qu’ils ne poursuivent pas des buts autres que ceux liés à la certification professionnelle.
