Where warranted by an emergency situation, in particular that described in Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, or an adverse development that is likely to threaten market liquidity or the stability of the financial system of another Member State of the European Union or another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall alert as soon as possible the competent authorities of those States within the meaning of Article 4(1)(40) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 or, where applicable, Article 4(1)(7) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2033, as well as the European Banking Authority, the competent central banks of the European System of Central Banks and the European Systemic Risk Board. It shall provide them with all the information necessary for the performance of their duties, in compliance with the rules laid down in Articles L. 631-1 and L. 632-1 to L. 632-4.
