In addition to the staff mentioned in article L. 6152-1, the staff of public health establishments include students authorised to practise medicine, pharmacy and dentistry on a locum basis. The statutory conditions under which these staff work are laid down by regulation. The terms and conditions for the practice of substitute medicine, pharmacy and dentistry are established by decree, issued after consultation with the National Council of the Order of the profession.

Outre les personnels mentionnés à l’article L. 6152-1, le personnel des établissements publics de santé comprend les étudiants autorisés à exercer à titre de remplaçant la médecine, la pharmacie et l’odontologie. Les conditions statutaires dans lesquelles exercent ces personnels sont fixées par voie réglementaire. Les modalités d’exercice à titre de remplaçant sont établies par décret, pris après avis du Conseil national de l’ordre de la profession.
