Article L6154-2-1 of the French Public Health Code

Practitioners mentioned in 1° of article L. 6152-1 and article L. 952-21 of the Education Code may not work on a freelance basis within the Armed Forces Medical Corps.

Practice in an army hospital or another component of the army health service is counted as part of the service obligations for the application of the minimum condition of eight half-days per week of practice set in article L. 6154-1 and for the application of the fifth paragraph of II of article L. 6154-2.

Article L6154-2-1

L’activité libérale des praticiens mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 6152-1 et à l’article L. 952-21 du code de l’éducation ne peut être exercée au sein du service de santé des armées.

L’exercice dans un hôpital des armées ou un autre élément du service de santé des armées est comptabilisé dans les obligations de service pour l’application de la condition minimale de huit demi-journées hebdomadaires d’exercice fixée à l’article L. 6154-1 et pour l’application du cinquième alinéa du II de l’article L. 6154-2.
