Article L6156-1 of the French Public Health Code

The right to organise is guaranteed to the medical, odontological and pharmaceutical staff of the public health establishments mentioned in Chapters I and II of this Title. The interested parties may freely create trade union organisations, join them and exercise their mandates. These organisations may take legal action.

A decree provides for the implementation of the trade union rights and resources of these personnel.

Le droit syndical est garanti aux personnels médicaux, odontologistes et pharmaceutiques des établissements publics de santé mentionnés aux chapitres Ier et II du présent titre. Les intéressés peuvent librement créer des organisations syndicales, y adhérer et y exercer des mandats. Ces organisations peuvent ester en justice.

Un décret prévoit la mise en œuvre des droits et moyens syndicaux de ces personnels.
