Chapter VI: Social dialogue

The right to organise is guaranteed to the medical, odontological and pharmaceutical staff of the public health establishments mentioned in Chapters I and II of this Title. The interested parties may freely create trade union organisations, join them and exercise their mandates. These organisations may take legal action. A decree provides for the implementation of the trade union rights and resources of these personnel.

The trade unions of doctors, odontologists and pharmacists in the public health establishments mentioned in Chapters I and II of this Title, which obtained at least 10% of the votes cast in their respective electoral college in the most recent elections to the Higher Council of Medical, Odontological and Pharmaceutical Staff, shall be invited to take part in the negotiations opened by the competent authorities at national level.
