Article L6156-4 of the French Public Health Code

A High Council of medical, odontological and pharmaceutical staff of the public health establishments mentioned in Chapters I and II of this Title is instituted. Its president is appointed by decree. It also includes :

1° Representatives of the trade unions representing the staff concerned ;

2° Representatives of the ministers concerned;

3° Representatives of the public health establishments appointed by the most representative organisations of the establishments mentioned in article L. 5 of the General Civil Service Code.

The decree provided for in article L. 6156-7 of this code specifies its composition and organisation.

Article L6156-4

Il est institué un Conseil supérieur des personnels médicaux, odontologistes et pharmaceutiques des établissements publics de santé mentionnés aux chapitres Ier et II du présent titre. Son président est nommé par arrêté. Il comprend en outre :

1° Des représentants des organisations syndicales représentatives des personnels concernés ;

2° Des représentants des ministres concernés ;

3° Des représentants des établissements publics de santé désignés par les organisations les plus représentatives des établissements mentionnés à l’article L. 5 du code général de la fonction publique.

Le décret prévu à l’article L. 6156-7 du présent code en précise la composition et l’organisation.
