Article L6156-2 of the French Public Health Code

The trade unions of doctors, odontologists and pharmacists in the public health establishments mentioned in Chapters I and II of this Title, which obtained at least 10% of the votes cast in their respective electoral college in the most recent elections to the Higher Council of Medical, Odontological and Pharmaceutical Staff, shall be invited to take part in the negotiations opened by the competent authorities at national level.

For negotiations concerning the staff mentioned in 1° of article L. 6152-1, their trade union organisations must, in addition, have obtained at least one seat in at least two sections of the college of hospital practitioners of the national statutory commission provided for in article L. 6156-6.

Article L6156-2

Sont appelées à participer aux négociations ouvertes par les autorités compétentes au niveau national les organisations syndicales des médecins, odontologistes et pharmaciens des établissements publics de santé mentionnés aux chapitres Ier et II du présent titre ayant obtenu, aux dernières élections du Conseil supérieur des personnels médicaux, odontologistes et pharmaceutiques, au moins 10 % des suffrages exprimés au sein de leur collège électoral respectif.

Pour les négociations concernant les personnels mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 6152-1, leurs organisations syndicales doivent, en outre, avoir obtenu au moins un siège dans au moins deux sections du collège des praticiens hospitaliers de la commission statutaire nationale prévue à l’article L. 6156-6.
