Article L622-4 of the French Consumer Code

An association that brings an action under the provisions of articles L. 622-1 to L. 622-3 may bring a civil action before the examining magistrate or the trial court at the head office of the accused company or, failing that, at the place where the first offence was committed.

L’association qui exerce une action en justice en application des dispositions des articles L. 622-1 à L. 622-3 peut se constituer partie civile devant le juge d’instruction ou la juridiction de jugement du siège social de l’entreprise mise en cause ou, à défaut, du lieu de la première infraction.
