Article L6323-11-1 of the French Labour Code

For employees who have not attained a level of training attested by a diploma classified at level 3, a vocational qualification registered and classified at level 3 of the National Vocational Certification Register or a certification recognised by a national collective agreement, the account is topped up by an annual amount and a ceiling, expressed in euros and set by decree by the Conseil d’Etat, in excess of the amount and ceiling mentioned in article L. 6323-11. These amounts and ceilings are raised to a level at least equal to 1.6 times those provided for in the first paragraph of the same article L. 6323-11.

Pour le salarié qui n’a pas atteint un niveau de formation sanctionné par un diplôme classé au niveau 3, un titre professionnel enregistré et classé au niveau 3 du répertoire national des certifications professionnelles ou une certification reconnue par une convention collective nationale de branche, l’alimentation du compte se fait à hauteur d’un montant annuel et d’un plafond, exprimés en euros et fixés par décret en Conseil d’Etat, supérieurs au montant et au plafond mentionnés à l’article L. 6323-11. Ce montant et ce plafond sont portés à un niveau au moins égal à 1,6 fois ceux prévus au premier alinéa du même article L. 6323-11.
