Article L6323-27 of the French Labour Code

The account is credited with an annual amount, expressed in euros, subject to a ceiling which may not exceed ten times the annual amount. The value of this ceiling and this amount are set by decree by the Conseil d’Etat.

Funding of the account is subject to actual payment of the contribution mentioned in articles L. 6331-48 and L. 6331-53 and in 1° of article L. 6331-65 of this code and in article L. 718-2-1 of the rural and maritime fishing code.

The amount mentioned in the first paragraph of this article is reduced in proportion to the time the activity is carried out during the year.

Article L6323-27

L’alimentation du compte se fait à hauteur d’un montant annuel, exprimé en euros, dans la limite d’un plafond qui ne peut excéder dix fois le montant annuel. La valeur de ce plafond et ce montant sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.

L’alimentation du compte est subordonnée à l’acquittement effectif de la contribution mentionnée aux articles L. 6331-48 et L. 6331-53 et au 1° de l’article L. 6331-65 du présent code ainsi qu’à l’article L. 718-2-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime.

Le montant mentionné au premier alinéa du présent article est diminué au prorata du temps d’exercice de l’activité au cours de l’année.
