Article L6325-1 of the French Labour Code

The purpose of the professionalisation contract is to enable people to acquire one of the qualifications set out in article L. 6314-1 and to promote professional integration or reintegration.

This contract is open to :

1° People aged between sixteen and twenty-five to supplement their initial training ;

2° Jobseekers aged twenty-six and over;

3° Recipients of the revenu de solidarité active (active solidarity income), the allocation de solidarité spécifique (specific solidarity allowance) or the allocation aux adultes handicapés (disabled adults’ allowance) or people who have benefited from a contract concluded in application of article L. 5134-19-1;

4° Repealed.

Article L6325-1

Le contrat de professionnalisation a pour objet de permettre d’acquérir une des qualifications prévues à l’article L. 6314-1 et de favoriser l’insertion ou la réinsertion professionnelle.

Ce contrat est ouvert :

1° Aux personnes âgées de seize à vingt-cinq ans révolus afin de compléter leur formation initiale ;

2° Aux demandeurs d’emploi âgés de vingt-six ans et plus ;

3° Aux bénéficiaires du revenu de solidarité active, de l’allocation de solidarité spécifique ou de l’allocation aux adultes handicapés ou aux personnes ayant bénéficié d’un contrat conclu en application de l’article L. 5134-19-1 ;

4° Abrogé.
