Article L6331-5 of the French Labour Code

For temporary employment agencies, the rate mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 6331-3 is set at 1.30%.

This contribution is allocated as follows:

-1% is allocated by France Compétences as mentioned in 3° of article L. 6123-5;

-for the remaining 0.30%, an extended branch agreement concluded between the trade union organisations of the employees and the professional organisations of the employers concerned determines the terms and conditions for its use, taking into account in particular the needs of priority groups under the employment policy.

Article L6331-5

Pour les entreprises de travail temporaire, le taux mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6331-3 est fixé à 1,30 %.

Cette contribution fait l’objet de la répartition suivante :

-une part de 1 % fait l’objet de la répartition par France compétences mentionnée au 3° de l’article L. 6123-5 ;

-pour la part restante de 0,30 %, un accord de branche étendu conclu entre les organisations syndicales de salariés et les organisations professionnelles d’employeurs concernés en détermine les modalités d’utilisation tenant compte notamment des besoins des publics prioritaires au titre de la politique de l’emploi.
