Article L6332-23 of the French Labour Code

The skills operators and France Compétences transmit to the State, under conditions determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat :

1° Physical and accounting data relating to the actions they help to finance;

2° Aggregated and sexed data on the characteristics of the beneficiaries of the actions carried out;

3° Information relating to the beneficiaries of the actions carried out and intended for the constitution of statistically representative samples.

Les opérateurs de compétences et France compétences transmettent à l’Etat, dans des conditions déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat :

1° Des données physiques et comptables relatives aux actions qu’ils contribuent à financer ;

2° Des données agrégées et sexuées sur les caractéristiques des bénéficiaires des actions menées ;

3° Des informations relatives aux bénéficiaires des actions menées et destinées à la constitution d’échantillons statistiquement représentatifs.
