The Caisse des dépôts et consignations concludes agreements with the regions, Pôle emploi, the institution mentioned in article L. 5214-1, the skills operators, the commissions mentioned in article L. 6323-17-6, the bodies mentioned in article L. 6332-9 and any other body involved in monitoring or managing the rights acquired under the personal training account of holders, defining the management procedures for monitoring these rights.

La Caisse des dépôts et consignations conclut avec les régions, Pôle emploi, l’institution mentionnée à l’article L. 5214-1, les opérateurs de compétences, les commissions mentionnées à l’article L. 6323-17-6, les organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 6332-9 et tout autre organisme intervenant dans le suivi ou la gestion des droits acquis au titre du compte personnel de formation des titulaires des conventions définissant les modalités de gestion permettant le suivi de ces droits.
