When a natural person undertakes training, on an individual basis and at their own expense, a contract is concluded between them and the training provider.

This contract is concluded before the trainee’s definitive enrolment and any payment of fees.

Lorsqu’une personne physique entreprend une formation, à titre individuel et à ses frais, un contrat est conclu entre elle et le dispensateur de formation.

Ce contrat est conclu avant l’inscription définitive du stagiaire et tout règlement de frais.
