In order to carry out the actions mentioned in article L. 6313-1, an agreement is signed between the purchaser and the organisation that provides them, in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by decree.
When a natural person undertakes training, on an individual basis and at their own expense, a contract is concluded between them and the training provider. This contract is concluded before the trainee’s definitive enrolment and any payment of fees.

Within ten days of signing the contract, the trainee may withdraw by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
No sum may be demanded from the trainee before the expiry of the withdrawal period provided for in Article L. 6353-5. No more than 30% of the agreed price may be paid on expiry of this period. The balance is paid in instalments as the training course progresses.
If, as a result of duly recognised force majeure, the trainee is prevented from following the training course, he may terminate the contract. In this case, only the services actually provided will be remunerated in proportion to their contractual value.
The objectives and content of the training, the list of trainers and teachers, the timetable, the assessment procedures, the contact details of the person in charge of relations with the trainees or apprentices by the entity commissioning the training and the internal rules applicable to the training are made available to the trainee and apprentice before their definitive enrolment. The information requested, in any form whatsoever, by a training organisation from a candidate for a course as defined in article L. 6313-1, a trainee or an apprentice, may only be used to assess his ability to follow the course, whether it is requested, offered or continued. This information must have a direct and necessary link with the training course and must be provided in good faith.
The training organisations inform the organisations that finance the training, under conditions defined by decree, of the start, interruptions and completion of the training, for each of their trainees and apprentices, and provide them with the data relating to employment and the vocational training pathway that they have on these trainees and apprentices.
