The contract concluded between the natural person undertaking the training and the training provider must specify, on pain of nullity :
1° The nature, duration, programme and purpose of the training courses it provides for, as well as the number of people involved;
2° The level of prior knowledge required to follow the training and obtain the qualifications for which it provides preparation;
3° The conditions under which the training is given to the trainees, in particular the training methods in the case of training carried out in whole or in part at a distance, the teaching and technical resources used, as well as the methods for checking knowledge and the nature of any training award;
4° The diplomas, qualifications or references of the persons responsible for the training provided under the contract;
5° The terms of payment and the financial conditions laid down in the event of early termination of the training or withdrawal during the course.
