The information requested, in any form whatsoever, by a training organisation from a candidate for a course as defined in article L. 6313-1, a trainee or an apprentice, may only be used to assess his ability to follow the course, whether it is requested, offered or continued. This information must have a direct and necessary link with the training course and must be provided in good faith.
