Article L6423-3 of the French Labour Code

A decree by the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions for the application of this book, in particular the procedures for the collection, processing and exchange of information and personal data, including the registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons, required for the guidance of individuals and the monitoring of their progress at national level, by the body mentioned in article L. 6411-2.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les conditions d’application du présent livre, notamment les modalités de collecte, de traitement et d’échange des informations et des données à caractère personnel, parmi lesquelles le numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques, nécessaires à l’orientation des personnes et au suivi de leur parcours au niveau national, par l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 6411-2.
