Article L6522-5 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article L. 6235-1 in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the border countries are:

1° For Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon: the States or territories of the Caribbean, as well as the States or territories of the American continent with an Atlantic coastline;

2° For Réunion and Mayotte: the States or territories of the Indian Ocean, as well as the States or territories of the continents with a coastline on the Indian Ocean.

Article L6522-5

Pour l’application de l’article L. 6235-1 en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les pays frontaliers sont :

1° Pour la Guadeloupe, la Guyane, la Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin et Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon : les Etats ou territoires de la Caraïbe, ainsi que les Etats ou territoires du continent américain disposant d’une façade atlantique ;

2° Pour La Réunion et Mayotte : les Etats ou territoires de l’océan Indien, ainsi que les Etats ou territoires des continents disposant d’une façade maritime sur l’océan Indien.
