Under Article 71(1) of Regulation (EU) No 2015/848, persons entered on the list of judicial administrators or judicial representatives pursuant to Articles L. 811-2 and L. 812-2 or an insolvency practitioner from another Member State.
The provisions of the last three paragraphs of Articles L. 811-2 and L. 812-2 shall apply to insolvency practitioners from other Member States.
En application du paragraphe 1 de l’article 71 du règlement (UE) n° 2015/848 peuvent exercer les missions de coordinateur les personnes inscrites sur la liste des administrateurs judiciaires ou des mandataires judiciaires en application des articles L. 811-2 et L. 812-2 ou un praticien de l’insolvabilité d’un autre Etat membre.
Les dispositions des trois derniers alinéas des articles L. 811-2 et L. 812-2 sont applicables aux praticiens de l’insolvabilité des autres Etats membres.
