Article L712-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Minister responsible for the economy shall determine the conditions under which regulations or decisions relating to technical regulatory or implementation standards adopted by the European Commission on the basis of the following regulations shall be made applicable to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia and the Wallis and Futuna Islands:
1° Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority), amending Decision No 716/2009/EC and repealing Commission Decision 2009/78/EC;
2° Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority), amending Decision No 716/2009/EC and repealing Commission Decision 2009/77/EC.

Article L712-8

Le ministre chargé de l’économie arrête les conditions dans lesquelles sont rendus applicables à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, en Nouvelle-Calédonie, en Polynésie française et dans les îles Wallis et Futuna les règlements ou décisions relatifs aux normes techniques de réglementation ou d’exécution adoptés par la Commission européenne sur le fondement des règlements suivants :
1° Le règlement (UE) n° 1093/2010 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 24 novembre 2010 instituant une Autorité européenne de surveillance (Autorité bancaire européenne), modifiant la décision n° 716/2009/CE et abrogeant la décision 2009/78/CE de la Commission ;
2° Le règlement (UE) n° 1095/2010 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 24 novembre 2010 instituant une Autorité européenne de surveillance (Autorité européenne des marchés financiers), modifiant la décision n° 716/2009/CE et abrogeant la décision 2009/77/CE de la Commission.
