Article L7122-6 of the French Labour Code

Live performance promoters other than those mentioned in articles L. 7122-3 and L. 7122-5 may engage in this activity on a temporary and occasional basis under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, subject to:

1° If they are legally established in another Member State of the European Union or party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, having informed the competent administrative authority of this activity in advance;

2° If they are not established in a Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, they have previously informed the competent administrative authority of this activity and entered into a contract with a live performance promoter holding the receipt referred to in article L. 7122-3.

Article L7122-6

Les entrepreneurs de spectacles vivants autres que ceux mentionnés aux articles L. 7122-3 et L. 7122-5 peuvent exercer cette activité de façon temporaire et occasionnelle dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, sous réserve :

1° S’ils sont légalement établis dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, d’avoir préalablement informé l’autorité administrative compétente de cette activité ;

2° S’ils ne sont pas établis dans un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, d’avoir préalablement informé l’autorité administrative compétente de cette activité et conclu un contrat avec un entrepreneur de spectacles vivants détenteur du récépissé mentionné à l’article L. 7122-3.
