Article L7124-10 of the French Labour Code

When, pursuant to articles L. 7124-4 and L. 7124-4-1, the employment of a child is not subject to authorisation, the rules for dividing the remuneration received by this child between his legal representatives and the allowance are set by the authorisation decision provided for in article L. 7124-5.

Deductions from the allowance may be authorised under the conditions set out in the second paragraph of article L. 7124-9.

Article L7124-10

Lorsque, en application des articles L. 7124-4 et L. 7124-4-1, l’emploi d’un enfant n’est pas soumis à autorisation, les règles de répartition de la rémunération perçue par cet enfant entre ses représentants légaux et le pécule sont fixées par la décision d’agrément prévue à l’article L. 7124-5.

Des prélèvements sur le pécule peuvent être autorisés dans les conditions mentionnées au second alinéa de l’article L. 7124-9.
