Individual authorisation is not required if the child is hired by a modelling agency operating under the conditions set out in article L. 7123-11 and which has obtained authorisation to hire children.

L’autorisation individuelle n’est pas requise si l’enfant est engagé par une agence de mannequins exerçant son activité dans les conditions prévues par l’article L. 7123-11 et qui a obtenu un agrément lui permettant d’engager des enfants.
