Article L7125-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Independent of the leave of absence and time credit provided for in articles L. 7125-1 et L. 7125-2, councillors to the Assembly of French Guyana who are employees are entitled to training leave. This leave is set at eighteen days per elected representative for the duration of the mandate and regardless of the number of mandates they hold. This leave is renewable in the event of re-election.

The terms and conditions for the application of this article are set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L7125-13

Indépendamment des autorisations d’absence et du crédit d’heures prévus aux articles L. 7125-1 et L. 7125-2, les conseillers à l’assemblée de Guyane qui ont la qualité de salarié ont droit à un congé de formation. Ce congé est fixé à dix-huit jours par élu pour la durée du mandat et quel que soit le nombre de mandats qu’il détient. Ce congé est renouvelable en cas de réélection.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
