Article L7125-20 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The maximum functional allowance voted by the Assembly of French Guyana for the actual performance of the duties of president of the Assembly of French Guyana is determined by applying the rate of 145% to the reference term mentioned in Article L. 7125-17. It may be increased by 40%, provided that the total amount of the maximum allowances likely to be allocated to the members of the Assembly of French Guyana is not exceeded without taking the said increase into account.

The maximum functional allowance voted by the Assembly of French Guyana for the effective exercise of the functions of vice-president with delegation of the executive of the Assembly of French Guyana is determined by applying to the reference term mentioned in the same article L. 7125-17 the rate of 57.6%.

Under the same conditions, the maximum allowance for members of the permanent commission of the assembly of French Guiana other than the president and vice-presidents with executive delegation is determined by applying the rate of 50.4% to the reference term mentioned in the same article L. 7125-17.

L’indemnité de fonction maximale votée par l’assemblée de Guyane pour l’exercice effectif des fonctions de président de l’assemblée de Guyane est déterminée en appliquant au terme de référence mentionné à l’article L. 7125-17 le taux de 145 %. Elle peut être majorée de 40 %, à condition que ne soit pas dépassé le montant total des indemnités maximales susceptibles d’être allouées aux membres de l’assemblée de Guyane hors prise en compte de ladite majoration.

L’indemnité de fonction maximale votée par l’assemblée de Guyane pour l’exercice effectif des fonctions de vice-président ayant délégation de l’exécutif de l’assemblée de Guyane est déterminée en appliquant au terme de référence mentionné au même article L. 7125-17 le taux de 57,6 %.

Dans les mêmes conditions, l’indemnité maximale des membres de la commission permanente de l’assemblée de Guyane autres que le président et les vice-présidents ayant délégation de l’exécutif est déterminée en appliquant au terme de référence mentionné au même article L. 7125-17 le taux de 50,4 %.
