The Assembly of French Guyana shall be consulted on proposals for European Union acts that concern the territorial collectivity by the Government. The second paragraph of Article L. 7152-2 is applicable.
It may submit proposals to the Government for the application of the Treaties on the European Union and the Functioning of the European Union in the territorial collectivity.

L’assemblée de Guyane est consultée sur les propositions d’acte de l’Union européenne qui concernent la collectivité territoriale par le Gouvernement. Le second alinéa de l’article L. 7152-2 est applicable.
Elle peut adresser au Gouvernement des propositions pour l’application dans la collectivité territoriale des traités sur l’Union européenne et sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne.
