Article L72-103-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The appropriations required for the operation of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Educational Council and, where applicable, for the carrying out of its studies are the subject of a separate entry in the budget of the territorial authority.

They are notified each year, after the budget has been voted, to the President of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Educational Council by the President of the Executive Council of Martinique.

Article L72-103-1

Les crédits nécessaires au fonctionnement du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation et, le cas échéant, à la réalisation de ses études font l’objet d’une inscription distincte au budget de la collectivité territoriale.

Ils sont notifiés chaque année, après le vote du budget, au président du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation par le président du conseil exécutif de Martinique.
