Article L7227-21 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The maximum functional allowance voted by the Assembly of Martinique for the actual performance of the duties of President of the Executive Council is determined by applying the rate of 145% to the reference term mentioned in Article L. 7227-17. It may be increased by 40%, provided that the total amount of the maximum allowances likely to be allocated to the members of the Executive Council of Martinique is not exceeded without taking into account the said increase.

The maximum functional allowance voted by the Assembly of Martinique for the effective exercise of the functions of Executive Councillor is determined by applying the rate of 72% to the reference term mentioned in the same article L. 7227-17.

L’indemnité de fonction maximale votée par l’assemblée de Martinique pour l’exercice effectif des fonctions de président du conseil exécutif est déterminée en appliquant au terme de référence mentionné à l’article L. 7227-17 le taux de 145 %. Elle peut être majorée de 40 %, à condition que ne soit pas dépassé le montant total des indemnités maximales susceptibles d’être allouées aux membres du conseil exécutif de Martinique hors prise en compte de ladite majoration.

L’indemnité de fonction maximale votée par l’assemblée de Martinique pour l’exercice effectif des fonctions de conseiller exécutif est déterminée en appliquant au terme de référence mentionné au même article L. 7227-17 le taux de 72 %.
