Article L7233-5 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of article L. 7233-4 also apply to the head of the company or, if the company is a legal entity, to its chairman, its managing director, its deputy managing director(s), its managers or the members of its management board, provided that the financial aid is paid to them for the same purpose and may benefit all the employees of the company in accordance with the same allocation rules.

Les dispositions de l’article L. 7233-4 s’appliquent également au chef d’entreprise ou, si l’entreprise est une personne morale, à son président, son directeur général, son ou ses directeurs généraux délégués, ses gérants ou des membres de son directoire, dès lors que l’aide financière leur est versée aux mêmes fins et peut bénéficier à l’ensemble des salariés de l’entreprise selon les mêmes règles d’attribution.
