Article L7281-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The territorial collectivity of Martinique intervenes in economic, social, cultural, environmental and regional planning matters and grants aid under the conditions set out in Title III of Book II of Part Three, Title V of Book II of Part Four and Sections 3 and 4 of Chapter III of Title III of Book IV of the same Part, insofar as they are not contrary to the provisions of this Part.

La collectivité territoriale de Martinique intervient en matière économique, sociale, culturelle, environnementale et d’aménagement du territoire et attribue des aides dans les conditions fixées au titre III du livre II de la troisième partie, au titre V du livre II de la quatrième partie et aux sections 3 et 4 du chapitre III du titre III du livre IV de la même partie, dans la mesure où elles ne sont pas contraires aux dispositions de la présente partie.
